We offer a money-back guarantee within 30-days of your initial order for a complete refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and must be in the original packaging. You need to include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and you will receive the credit based on the policies of your card issuer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items, and the shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns on a COD basis will not be accepted.
